The Council of Europe Commission will examine amendments to the Russian Constitution
The PACE Monitoring Committee decided to request an urgent legal examination of amendments to the Constitution of Russia and of the procedures of their adoption. Thus, the request contained in the appeal signed by more than 200 thousand Russian citizens had been satisfied.
