Moscow Authorities Use a Multilevel Surveillance System to Trace the Movement of the Capital’s Residents
Moscow’s vice-mayor Maksim Liksutov said that the municipality in Moscow develops a surveillance system based on the residents’ complaints, the data obtained from the legal taxi companies, photo- and video cameras, “Troika” public transport card and the data received from the mobile operators.
