Pavel Moiseev

Pavel is the Head of the legal department at the ecological rights center “Bellona”. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Sakhalin State University. Previously, he worked as a lawyer and legal adviser for OJSC Insurance Company SOGAZ-Med, the State Institution of St. Petersburg Regional Department of the Social Insurance Fund, and ROSGOSTRAKH in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. Pavel was also the Head of the legal department of the “Regional Center of Legal Services”.
