Katharina Miller

Katharina Miller is a founding partner of 3C Compliance – 3C standing for Corporate Compliance Consultants. It's a Spanish consultancy that helps national and international companies to comply with the law and to add value within the ultra-competitive market. As Spanish Coordinator she was responsible for European Women Shareholders Demand Gender Equality (EWSDGE), a very successful shareholder activist project within 12 EU member states and supported by PROGRESS of European Commission. Katharina also speaks at events such as W20. She is President of the board of directors of Kokoro Capital Investments Sicav, S.A., member of Telefónica's Sustainability Advisory Panel, and of expert group GRC of TÜV NORD CUALICONTROL. She is a German, Spanish and European lawyer, registered at Stuttgart and Madrid bars, with experience at the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg. She is member and board member of many associations such as European Law Institute (ELI), German Women Lawyers Association (djb), European Women Lawyers Association (EWLA), Iberian Women Lawyers Association (AMJI), German Lawyers Association (DAV). As a lawyer, she deals mainly with real estate issues, wills and succession in Spain and with companies.
